Oivan is looking for an ambitious IT Manager with at least two years of experience to oversee and administer our internal IT operations. Based in Helsinki, you’ll support our 150+ headcount workforce across 5 countries. Oivan’s official language is English and fluency is necessary for success on the job. A strong dedication to teamwork and excellent cross-cultural communication skills are a must.

What You’ll Do

  • Adopt and administer the applications we use at Oivan.
  • Coach and mentor Oivan workforce with regards to internal IT products and processes.
  • Manage system upgrades and migrations and ensure that the systems satisfy the business security, availability and performance requirements.

You Should Have

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in application configuration management.
  • Systematic thinking and experience in debugging technical problems.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Zoho, Koho, and Atlassian suite a major plus.
