For this role, you will be based in Riyadh (KSA) and join our workforce of 220+ employees.

Oivan’s official language is English and fluency is necessary for success on the job. For this role it would be a requirement to speak Arabic. A strong dedication to teamwork and excellent cross-cultural communication skills are a must.

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind expanding our digitalization projects in the region. You will work together with our high-performing sales team, identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and secure high-value contracts. You will be a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a passionate advocate for our transformative solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for digitalization projects, aligned with regional and global objectives. 
  • Be part of our creative culture of collaboration and exceed your sales targets. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across targeted industries. 
  • Understand and articulate the value proposition of our digitalization solutions, effectively communicating their benefits to clients. 
  • Negotiate complex deals and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. 
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends, tailoring your sales approach accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience. 
  • Actively build and expand your professional network within the IT community. 

What You Have

Your Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or consultative sales, preferably within the IT sector. 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth. 
  • Understanding of the digitalization landscape and related technologies (Cloud services, AI, Big Data, etc.). 
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to manage all stages effectively. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals. 
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (native Arabic is required). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. 
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (even Business Management is fine!). 
  • Experience in selling digitalization projects is a significant advantage.
