Oivan is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage our partnership with our largest account in the real-estate industry in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, oversee financial aspects, identify opportunities for additional projects, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires an Arabic-speaking professional with a solid background in IT project delivery and development experience in any programming language.

What You’ll Do?

We offer you the unique opportunity to work and improve your skills with a diverse and geographically distributed team of technology and business experts around the world. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure the effective delivery of services to our client, meeting quality and timing expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, keeping resources aligned with financial goals.
  • Oversee billing processes, coordinating with finance to prepare and track client invoices.
  • Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with our cilent’s stakeholders as their main point of contact.
  • Identify and propose additional projects to our cilent, expanding Oivan’s service offerings and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Address any service-related issues promptly, working with teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Track performance metrics to monitor service quality in software teams and products to drive improvements.

What You Have?

As a service delivery manager, we prefer that you have:

  • Overall 10 or more years of experience in a similar role, ideally with large clients in IT services or consulting.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, with experience in invoicing and cost control.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue additional project opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work strategically.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, essential for client communications.
  • Background in software development or experience delivering large IT projects, with knowledge of programming.
  • The following certifications: CSM, PMP, CSPO are seen as an asset
