Oivan is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in IT sector recruiting to coordinate our Finland/EU recruiting, and to support our recruitment in MENA region. Based in Helsinki, you’ll work as part of an international team of recruiters and HR professionals. You will work with our Sales and Marketing team to innovate our recruiting marketing strategy. You are an enthusiastic storyteller, keen to embrace and evangelize the “why” behind Oivan and the work that we do. You revel in learning about candidates’ diverse experiences, and you are an active listener. Humancentric hiring practices are of key importance to you. You are familiar with D&I in recruiting and talent retention. A strong dedication to teamwork and excellent cross-cultural communication skills are necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit IT and business talent in Finland, EU, and MENA regions
  • Work with Key stakeholders to create Job Descriptions
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to optimize publication of our open positions internally and externally
  • Assess and innovate our Recruiting Branding and Marketing strategy
  • Manage and maintain Sales CV process and model with Sales and Marketing
  • Optimize our use of Recruitment module in our HR software
  • Attend events and conferences to increase employer branding and recruitment
  • Innovate our recruitment processes, with our VP of People and CTO
  • Work with our international team of recruiters and HRs to align processes
  • Evaluate potential recruitment partners in EU and MENA regions
  • Maintain and develop the vendor relationships with recruiting partners and providing them with an excellent service experience
  • Oversee Talent pool and Subcontractor pool, skills/competencies company-wide

What You’ve Got

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding experience
  • Experience with HR and Recruiting Software (we use Personio)
  • Employer and Recruiting branding experience
  • Keen understanding of talent landscape in Finland/EU and enthusiasm to learn about recruitment and talent landscape in MENA region
  • Experience with hiring and relocating senior talent a plus
  • Experience with talent procurement through LinkedIn and other networks
  • Exceptional self-management and time-management skills
  • Adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for Oivan’s core values and mission
  • Content and Copy Creation using fluent English language
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year
