Notification and Appeals Process
Reporting Illegal Content
If you come across content on our platforms that appears illegal, offensive, or contrary to our terms of service, we encourage you to inform us. Your reports play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and responsible environment for all users.
How to Report
- Email: Send your report to dsa@oivan.com. Clearly describe the content in question and provide its location (such as the URL).
- Details: Include your contact details (name and email) and explain why you believe the content is illegal or inappropriate.
- Additional Information: If available, attach any other relevant information that could assist our review, like screenshots.
Our Notification Process
- We handle all reports with confidentiality.
- Each report is assessed according to Finnish law and our terms of service.
- While we aim for a swift response, a thorough evaluation may take time.
- We will update the reporter on the actions taken.
- Reports found to be fraudulent will be dismissed.
Appeals Process
If you think your content was wrongly handled during the notification process, you can submit an appeal.

Contact Point for Digital Services Act
The Digital Services Act (DSA) provides a unified legal framework for digital service providers in the EU. In compliance with Article 11 of the DSA, Oivan has designated dsa@oivan.com as the single point of contact for direct communication with the European Commission, Member State Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the DSA’s application. English is preferred for communication with this contact point, which is reserved for interactions with the aforementioned authorities.
